Maintenance method of pumping shore water quality online monitoring system

by:BOQU     2023-04-18
The extraction-type shore water quality online monitoring system can be applied to analyze water quality in rivers and other environments. However, in most environments, the water quality parameters are relatively complex. After the system has been in operation for a long time, the performance of each device will decline to a certain extent, which will lead to inaccurate measurement. In order to avoid this phenomenon, it is necessary to regularly check the system Maintenance, today I will tell you about the maintenance method of the pumping shore water quality online monitoring system. Maintenance method of pumping shore water quality online monitoring system 1. When the system is in the correct operation state, the recommended maintenance period is 10 days to 30 days, and the sensor calibration period is 1 to 3 months. The actual maintenance situation and calibration period should be determined according to the actual monitoring situation . 2. Regularly inspect the internal devices of the system, the main items are: (1) Check the water storage tank to see if there is pollution, impurity precipitation, corrosion, etc. in the water storage tank, which can be solved by cleaning the flow pool. (2) Check the sensor to see if there are any pollutants attached to the sensor, and the correct sensor cleaning method can be used. (3) Data comparison, compare the data through laboratory instruments, and the solution is to calibrate the sensor when the error exceeds the specified range. (4) Network connection and data transmission, check whether the data transmission is normal and the status of the traffic card, can be checked and processed through data transmission equipment, platform inspection and processing, etc. 3. Regular sensor cleaning: (1) pH sensor cleaning When cleaning the pH sensor surface pollutants, it can be rinsed with water and wiped with a damp soft cloth. For sensors that have been used for a long time, the glass film may become translucent or adhere to deposits. At this time, it can be washed with dilute hydrochloric acid and rinsed with water. When the sensor is used for a long time, when there is a measurement error, it should be calibrated in time. Note: The pH sensor cannot be placed in the air or in a dry protective cap, and the protective cap must be stored in a 3mol/l kcl solution. (2) Turbidity sensor cleaning Use a clean cloth to wipe the sensor to remove pollutants. Rinse with clean warm water afterwards. Prepare a soapy solution, passing warm water and dish soap or other non-abrasive soap, (no lanolin, frosted glass) to avoid sensor performance being affected. Immerse the sensor in the soap solution for 2~3 minutes, and use a small brush to scrub the overall measuring end of the sensor. If surface deposits cannot be removed by detergent solutions, dilute acids may be used. Soak the sensor in the dilute acid solution for no more than 5 minutes. Rinse the sensor in clean warm water, then place the sensor in a mild soap solution for 2 to 3 minutes to neutralize residual acid. Then wash the sensor with warm water to remove the soapy liquid on the surface of the sensor. (3) Dissolved oxygen sensor cleaning The pollutants on the surface of the dissolved oxygen sensor can be rinsed with clean water and wiped with a damp soft cloth. Attached organic pollutants can be soaked in 80% alcohol for 10 minutes, and then rinsed with clean water. Note: The fluorescent film on the dissolved oxygen sensor is relatively fragile. When cleaning with a soft cloth, it is necessary to control the strength to avoid scratching the fluorescent film. After the fluorescent film is damaged, it will not work normally. 4. Sensor replacement cycle and method: Under normal circumstances, the pH sensor replacement cycle is 1 year (the specific service life depends on the water quality). The replacement cycle of the turbidity sensor is 1 to 3 years (the specific service life depends on the water quality). The replacement cycle of the fluorescent film of the dissolved oxygen sensor is 1 to 2 years, and the replacement cycle of the sensor body is 1 to 3 years (the specific service life depends on the water quality). If there is a large measurement error after the sensor is cleaned and calibrated, or if it cannot be calibrated and measured normally, it needs to be returned to the factory for repair or replacement of the sensor. After replacing the sensor, install the sensor according to the calibration method, install it correctly, and calibrate it. The above is the introduction of the maintenance method of the extraction type shore water quality online monitoring system. When we use this equipment, we should maintain it regularly according to the correct method to ensure that it has good detection performance.
