Precautions for tap water turbidity monitor: Tap water turbidity monitor is a precision measuring instrument combined with photoelectricity. Before operating the tap water turbidity monitor, you should read the instruction manual carefully and obtain the best measurement results through correct operation. 1. The use environment must meet the working conditions. 2. The measuring tank must be clean and dry for a long time without dust, and the shading cover must be covered when not in use. 3. If it is used in humid climate, the start-up time must be extended accordingly. 4. The solution to be tested should be carefully poured along the sample bottle to prevent air bubbles from affecting the measurement accuracy. 5. It is necessary to re-calibrate after replacing the sample bottle or after maintenance. 6. Non-professional maintenance engineers, please do not open the instrument for maintenance. Working conditions of the tap water turbidity monitor: 1. The ambient temperature is 5-35°C; 2. The relative humidity is not more than 80%; 3. The power supply voltage is 220V±22V, the frequency is 50±0.5Hz, and it has good grounding. 4. The instrument should be placed horizontally on a stable test bench, effectively avoiding direct light; 5. There should be enough space around the instrument for heat dissipation, and there should be no strong vibration source and strong magnetic field interference; 6. The surrounding air should There is no obvious dust and corrosive gas. Measurement preparation for the tap water turbidity monitor: 1. Turn on the power switch of the instrument and preheat it for 30 minutes; 2. Use a lint-free soft cloth to wipe off the water stains and fingerprints on the sample bottle. If it is not easy to wipe off, soak it in detergent. Then rinse it with clean water; 3. Prepare zero turbidity water for zero calibration and prepare 100NTU formazin turbidity standard solution for calibration; 4. Collect representative samples in a clean container; Measurement steps of the turbidity monitor: 1. Pour zero turbidity water into the sample bottle to the scale line, then screw on the bottle cap, and wipe off the water marks and fingerprints on the bottle body. Hold the bottle body so as not to leave fingerprints and affect the measurement accuracy. 2. Put the filled zero turbidity water sample bottle into the sample holder, and ensure that the scale line of the sample bottle should be aligned with the white positioning line of the sample holder, and then cover the light-shielding cover. 3. After the reading is stable, adjust the zero adjustment knob to make the display zero. 4. Use the same method to install the 100NTU standard solution for calibration, and put it into the sample holder, adjust the calibration button to display the standard value of 100. 5. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 to ensure that the zero point and calibration value are correct and reliable . 6. Put the sample into the sample bottle, and record the turbidity value of the water sample after the reading is stable.
