Connection of water inlet and outlet pipes: Generally, the water inlet pipe of the system is connected with the water inlet reserved by the equipment with DN15 water supply pipe, and the water outlet is also connected with DN15 water supply pipe. 2. Circuit connection: The internal circuit of the extractive water quality monitoring system has been connected and passed the test before leaving the factory. When installing the circuit on site, it is only necessary to connect the power supply and sensors and other devices. The schematic diagram of the circuit connection is shown in the figure below: 3. Power connection: A stable power supply with AC220V±10%, 50Hz, single-phase capacity above 10A should be used to connect to the incoming line of the leakage protection switch of the equipment. When the power supply voltage exceeds the range of 220V±10%, it will cause abnormality, and the measurement accuracy will be affected when the voltage is unstable. The system power line is connected to the cabinet from the bottom and connected to the leakage protection switch, and the ground wire is connected to any bolt of the cabinet. 4. Sensor line connection: Install multiple sensors to the power integrated module and RS485 integrated module according to the power connection diagram. The wiring sequence of the power integration module is turbidity sensor, pH sensor, and dissolved oxygen sensor from left to right. RS485 integrated module wiring sequence from left to right is turbidity sensor, pH sensor, dissolved oxygen sensor, control box (turbidity sensor: red line: 12VDC, black line: GND, green line: RS485A, white line: RS485B.pH Sensor: red wire: 12VDC, black wire: GND, green wire: RS485A, white wire: RS485B.
