Do you know how to use the turbidimeter? It doesn’t matter if you don’t know. Let’s share with you the detailed instructions on the use of the turbidimeter today. Let’s take a look. 1. Turbidity measurement 1. After turning on the machine and warming up for 1 minute, set the 'calibration/measurement' toggle switch to the measurement position. 2. Press the 'key head' key to select the appropriate range. (In order to reduce the error, try to choose a low range, but it cannot exceed the range). 3. Slowly inject about 50mL of the sample to be tested, and wipe the sample cup with filter paper. 4. Put the sample cup into the colorimetric cell stably, cover the inner cover of the colorimetric cell, and close the colorimetric cell cover. 5. After the displayed data is stable, you can read the turbidity value of the tested solution. 6. Take out the sample cup immediately after reading, and wait for the measurement of the next sample or shut down. Note: In the process of measuring samples, if the measured samples are not in the same range, press the 'Range' button to switch the range. (Additional: In order to ensure good measurement repeatability, the wide positioning bar of the sample cup must face the user) 2. Turbidity Curve Calibration and Calibration The user can calibrate the curve after using it for a certain period of time; or when the deviation is caused for some reason and the measurement is still not accurate after the curve calibration, the instrument can be calibrated. 1. Calibration ⑴ Put the 'Calibration/Measurement' toggle switch at the measurement position, and put the instrument in the measurement state ⑵ Take about 50mL of any standard turbidity solution and pour it into the sample cup, wipe the sample cup with filter paper and place it in the colorimetric Cell, cover the inner lid of the colorimetric cell, and close the lid of the colorimetric cell. ⑶ Press the 'End Calibration' key, and then use the 'Arrow' key to input the standard turbidity value of the standard solution (for example: to use a 100NTU standard solution, enter '0100'), then press the 'Enter' key, and wait for the reading After it is stable, press the 'OK' button to confirm. Then the calibration ends. 2. Calibration (1) Put the 'Calibration/Measurement' toggle switch in the calibration position, so that the instrument is in the calibration state. ⑵ Calibration of the 0-5 measurement range: ① Any two points in the standard turbidity solution from 1 degree to 5 degrees can be selected for calibration. For example, select two points of 2 degrees and 4 degrees for calibration. ② Pour about 50mL of 2-degree standard solution into the sample cup, wipe the sample cup and place it in the colorimetric cell. ③ Use the 'Arrow' keys to input '0002' and press the 'Enter' key. After the reading is stable, press the 'Enter' key to confirm. ④ Inject standard turbidity solution of 4 degrees (or other standard turbidity value) into the sample cup, wipe the sample cup and place it in the colorimetric cell. ⑤ Use the 'Arrow' keys to input '0004' (or other standard turbidity value) and press the 'Enter' key. After the reading is stable, press the 'Enter' key to confirm. ⑥ Press 'End Calibration' to end the calibration of the range. The instrument displays '8888', at this time press the 'Confirm' key to calibrate the next range as needed; or turn the 'Calibration/Test' toggle switch to the test position to measure the sample. (3) Calibration of the 5-25 measurement range ① You can choose any two points in the standard turbidity solution from 5 degrees to 25 degrees for calibration, for example, select two points of 10 degrees and 20 degrees for calibration. ② Pour about 50mL of 10-degree standard turbidity solution into the sample cup, wipe the sample cup and place it in the colorimetric cell. ③ Use the 'Arrow' keys to input '0010' and press the 'Enter' key. After the reading is stable, press the 'Enter' key to confirm. ④ Inject the standard turbidity solution of 20 degrees (or other standard turbidity value) into the sample cup, wipe the sample cup and place it in the colorimetric cell. ⑤ Use the 'Arrow' keys to input '0020' (or other standard turbidity value) and press the 'Enter' key. After the reading is stable, press the 'Enter' key to confirm. ⑥ Press 'End Calibration' to end the calibration of the range.
