Quickly adjust the 'zero adjustment' potentiometer on the rear panel of the instrument within 4-5 minutes after adding the DPD reagent, so that the display is 0.00mg/L. 2. Calibration Add about 1 ml of 2.5mg/L--DPD method residual chlorine standard solution into the colorimetric tube, then add a piece of DPD residual chlorine speed test reagent tablet, soak for 1 minute, crush and dissolve with a clean glass rod, Add 2.5mg/L--DPD residual chlorine standard solution to the 10ml scale, dry the water stains on the glass surface of the colorimetric tube with roll paper and put it into the colorimetric seat of the instrument, and align it with the scale on the measuring pool of the instrument line and put on the light-shielding cap. Quickly adjust the 'calibration' potentiometer on the rear panel of the instrument within 4-5 minutes after adding the DPD reagent, so that the display is 2.50 mg/L. Note: When the o-toluidine reagent method is used for measurement, the user should prepare the potassium dichromate residual chlorine standard solution and the use solution by himself, and the instrument can only be used after calibration. If it is used in humid climate, the start-up time must be extended accordingly. 4. The solution to be tested should be poured carefully along the wall of the sample bottle to prevent air bubbles from affecting the measurement accuracy. 5. After replacing the sample bottle or standard solution and after maintenance, it must be re-calibrated. 6. When the word 'LOBAT' of low voltage is displayed on the upper left corner of the display, the battery should be replaced in time to avoid affecting the measurement. 7. After adding the DPD reagent, the whole test should be completed within 4-5 minutes, otherwise the test result may be inaccurate. During the test, the scale line on the colorimetric bottle should be aligned with the scale line on the test seat of the instrument and pressed to the bottom (the interior is positioned by a steel ball). 8.
