Installation premise: Before installation, the KNF-407 extraction water quality monitoring system needs to prefabricate the concrete base in advance. The connection of sensors, power inlet and water inlet and outlet, and other devices have been installed before leaving the factory. 2. Installation conditions: The installation of KNF-407 extractive water quality monitoring system should meet the following conditions: (1). The size of the prefabricated concrete base should be 800mm*800mm*400mm. (2). Water quality monitoring equipment should be installed vertically to avoid vibration, shock and other effects. (3). The installation location should be as close to the water collection point as possible to ensure that there is enough operating space around. (4). Avoid or run away from the location where strong electromagnetic may exist or run the equipment near the equipment. (5). Make sure that there is a stable power supply at the installation location and that it is well grounded. 3. Cabinet installation The installation method of the KNF-407 extraction water quality monitoring system adopts the floor form. During the installation process, the installation holes need to be installed in advance and the expansion bolts or foundations should be installed on the concrete base. For the size, please refer to the figure below (the size is the center hole distance) for selection. During installation, ensure that the expansion bolts are tightened so that the cabinet does not loosen and cause the cabinet to shake or tilt.
