What are the precautions for disinfection in sewage treatment plants

by:BOQU     2023-03-27
The operator of the sewage treatment plant sorted out what regulations should be paid attention to and complied with when using disinfection in the process of sewage discharge, so that you can master more sewage treatment operation experience. 1. When chlorine dioxide disinfection is used for chlorine dioxide disinfection, the following regulations must be met: 1. The purchase and storage of hydrochloric acid should comply with the relevant current national standards; 2. The distance between solid sodium chlorate and equipment should not be less than 5m; the warehouse should be ventilated and cool; 3. In the process of handling and preparing sodium chlorate, it is strictly forbidden to hammer or drop metal devices, and open flames are strictly prohibited; 4. Operators should wear protective gloves and glasses. 2. Sodium hypochlorite disinfection When sodium hypochlorite is used for disinfection, the following regulations should be met: 1. The dosage should be determined according to the water volume and water quality requirements; 2. The electrodes of the sodium hypochlorite generator should be cleaned once a month; 3. The agent should be stored in a dark place Dry place and well-ventilated clean room; 4. Sun protection, rain protection and other measures should be taken during transportation; and inverted loading and unloading should be avoided. 3. When liquid chlorine disinfection is used for liquid chlorine disinfection, the following requirements should be met: 1. The alarm and the effective linkage function of the chlorine leakage absorption device and the chlorine leakage detection instrument should be checked 11 times a week, and the manual device should be activated 11 times a week , to ensure that it is in a normal state; 2. The chlorine storage should be equipped with a chlorine leakage detection alarm device and protective equipment. 3. The amount of chlorine added should be determined according to specific conditions such as water quality, water volume, water temperature and pH value; 4. The chlorine leakage detector should be checked and maintained once a month, and the gas mask should be checked once a week; 5. Chlorine leakage absorption device It is advisable to clean once every 6 months; 6. When adding chlorine, it should be carried out according to the operating procedures of the chlorine adding equipment, and the main chlorine outlet valve should be closed before stopping the pump; It should be ventilated for (5-10) minutes; 8. Emergency treatment plans and procedures for liquid chlorine leakage should be formulated; 9. Chlorination facilities should be shut down for a long time, and the chlorine bottles should be disposed of properly. When re-opening, preparations should be made according to the inspection and acceptance plan for the commissioning and operation of the chlorine addition room; 10. Open and close the gate valve of the chlorine bottle, use a special wrench, use even force, no hammering, and perform leak detection at the same time; 11. Chlorine The management of the bottle should comply with the current national standard 'Chlorine Gas Safety Regulations' GB11984; 4. When ultraviolet disinfection is used for ultraviolet disinfection, it is strictly forbidden to open the equipment when there is no water in the disinfection channel or the water volume cannot reach the operating water level of the equipment. It should also meet the following requirements: 1. Regardless of whether there is an automatic cleaning mechanism, the glass casing must be manually cleaned on a regular basis according to the sewage water quality and the actual treatment of the on-site sewage; 2. The ultraviolet lamp, glass casing, and glass casing should be replaced regularly Cleaning circle and light intensity sensor; 3. The silt in the canal in front of the overflow weir should be cleaned regularly; 4. The effective water level in front of the overflow weir should be met to ensure the submersion depth of the ultraviolet lamp; 5. Work on the ultraviolet disinfection process system or Visitors must be well protected; non-staff personnel are strictly prohibited from staying in the disinfection work area; 6. The equipment light source module and control cabinet must be strictly grounded to avoid electric shock accidents; 7. When manually cleaning the glass sleeve, rubber gloves should be worn and protective glasses; 8. The transmittance of sewage sterilized by ultraviolet rays should be greater than 30%. 5. Ozone disinfection When ozone disinfection is used, the ozone concentration detection and alarm device in the ozone generation room should be calibrated regularly; when an ozone leakage accident occurs, the doors and windows should be opened immediately and the exhaust fan should be started. It should also meet the following requirements: 1. The opening and closing of the ozone generator should lag behind other equipment in the ozone system, and the operator must strictly follow the sequence of starting and stopping the system; The number of blowdowns of the compressor; 3. The air compressor must be equipped with a safety valve to ensure that it works within the specified pressure range 4. When the pressure in the system exceeds the set pressure, check the cause of the overpressure and eliminate the fault; 5 .Water-cooled air compressors should adjust the cooling water volume according to the seasonal temperature. The inlet temperature of the circulating cooling water should be controlled at 20-32°C, and the outlet temperature should not exceed 38°C; 6. The operation of the dryer should minimize the consumption of regeneration gas under the premise of meeting the gas quality requirements; 7. Winter or If the ozone generator does not work for a long time, the water in the equipment in the system should be drained; 8. When using an exhaust gas destroyer for exhaust gas treatment, the catalyst should be regularly checked for use and replaced in time. 9. The air compressor, dryer, pre-cooler, ozone generator, etc. should be maintained every month; 10. The ozone contact and exhaust gas absorption facilities should be cleaned at least once a year, and the iron parts should be painted once a year.
