The testing principle of total phosphorus detector:
The total phosphorus module is divided into two parts, one is the high temperature chemical digestion module, which is used to heat the digestion sample, and the second part is the analysis module, which is used to test the phosphate concentration.
During the digestion process, all phosphorus compounds in the valence state are converted into orthophosphate that can be photometrically analyzed. The reaction is based on the oxidation of phosphorus in other valence states to orthophosphate under acidic conditions, that is, PO43-. High temperature and high pressure conditions can greatly shorten the digestion time.
Using the molybdenum blue colorimetric method to test the concentration of orthophosphate: add molybdate to the sample, the chemical reaction makes the sample blue, use a photometer to sense the amount of color change, and then convert it into concentration. The whole process is carried out in an orderly manner under the control of the controller, so the operation safety is high.

Working process of total phosphorus detector:
After the sample is filtered, it is pumped into the LFA reactor. In the LFA reactor, first, inject the acidic agent R1; then heat the mixed sample to 95°C to acidify all the inorganic phosphates into orthophosphate; then inject the oxidant R2 for UV digestion to oxidize the remaining organic phosphates After that, the microprocessor starts to add drugs in order. In order to cause the color reaction of P-PO4, first add the color reagent, and then add ascorbic acid to produce the blue substance. After thorough drug mixing and reaction, the analyzer measures this blue substance at 660nm. The concentration of the sample is calculated based on the correction factor stored in the analyzer.
