Calibration method for sensor of water quality online monitoring system

The water quality online monitoring system can monitor a variety of water quality parameters at the same time. This is determined by the fact that it has multiple sensors. In this case, it needs to be calibrated. Let me tell you about the calibration method of the sensor of the water quality online monitoring system. Water quality online monitoring system sensor calibration method When calibrating the sensor, you only need to click the parameter setting button in the data acquisition instrument to enter the parameter setting interface, and click User Login to enter the password. Click Calibrate to enter the calibration interface, select the sensor to be calibrated, and enter the specified parameter calibration interface. Since each sensor has been calibrated before leaving the factory, if there is no measurement error, try not to calibrate it arbitrarily. 1. pH sensor calibration: The pH sensor calibration mainly adopts a two-point calibration method. When calibrating, it is necessary to perform zero point calibration first, and then perform slope calibration according to the nature of the measured water quality. If the measured water sample is acidic, use pH=4.00 standard solution for calibration, and when the measured water sample is alkaline, use pH=9.18 standard solution for slope calibration. After using the two-point calibration method to enter the calibration interface, select pH calibration, then place the sensor in the corresponding standard solution, click the setting after the corresponding value of the standard solution and enter the password to complete the calibration. When each calibration step is completed, the data displayed by the pH value is the real data after calibration. By resetting the sensor, the sensor can be restored to the factory state. Zero point calibration: Put the sensor in the pH=6.86 standard solution, wait for 3 to 5 minutes, and check whether the displayed value is 6.86 after the value is stable, if not, perform zero point calibration again. Slope calibration: When the water quality is in an acidic solution: place the sensor in a pH=4.00 standard solution, wait for 3 to 5 minutes, and check whether the displayed value is 4.00 after the value is stable, if not, perform slope calibration. When the water quality is in an alkaline solution: place the sensor in a pH=9.18 standard solution, wait for 3 to 5 minutes, and check whether the displayed value is 9.18 after the value is stable. If not, slope calibration is required. 2. Turbidity sensor calibration: The turbidity sensor can be calibrated by two-point calibration method. Logged-in users can click Turbidity Calibration after entering the calibration interface. Before calibration, enter 1 in the parameter K value, enter 0 in the parameter B value, click Settings, and enter the password to complete the pre-calibration steps. Place the sensor in distilled water, read the sensor value, then put the sensor into the standard solution with a turbidity value of 100NTU, read the sensor value, and calculate the K value and B value according to the formula Y=Kx+B (Y= Standard solution value, x=sensor value), the calculated K value and B value After entering the parameter K value and parameter B value, click Set to enter the password to complete the calibration. The turbidity value data displayed afterwards is the real-time data after the calibration is completed. Note: When calibrating the sensor, it needs to be placed in the standard solution. The front end of the sensor should be at least 10cm away from the bottom of the beaker, and at least 3cm away from the surrounding area. And it needs to be protected from light during the calibration process. The sensors used in the water quality online monitoring system need to be calibrated regularly. Since there are many types of sensors used in the equipment, it is necessary to use the correct calibration method when calibrating any sensor.
