Calibration condition:
1.this conductivity sensor is directly with Standard RS485 Modbus.
2.this sensor is for K=10.0 conductivity sensor.
3.the standard buffer is 12.88ms/cm
4. calibration software is Modbus poll on computer.
Calibration steps of BH-485-EC Conductivity Electrode
1.Put conductivity sensor in standard buffer:12.88ms/cm.
2.Send value 2 in Register 14(it's to choose right standard buffer).
3.Then send value 2 in Register 13 to start calibration.
After several minutes, you can compare the the measured value in Register 1 with standard buffer, it will be ok when it's in 1% accuracy.
or check the constant value in Register 15.
