Below this flow rate, it is difficult for an electromagnetic flowmeter to measure correctly. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the flow range ratio at the beginning of the order. When ordering, you can't order according to the original pipe diameter, it is best to order the meter diameter according to your actual flow. 2. Like other flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters also have requirements for straight pipes before and after installation, but the requirements are lower than other types of flowmeters, but the most critical point must be satisfied: full pipe, then full pipe. Therefore, in general, if the customer has the conditions to disassemble the electromagnetic flowmeter, it is recommended to disassemble it and clean the electrodes once a year to one and a half years to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter. When the main pipeline is a vertical pipeline, in general, the water flow is required to be bottom-up, and try not to be top-down. The latter is likely to cause relatively large flow fluctuations.
