Mainly application
Online TOC monitoring of water system in pharmaceutical industry;
Online monitoring of ultrapure water preparation system and wafer process in the semiconductor industry;
Online monitoring of the deionized water preparation process in power plants.
TOCG-3041 total organic carbon analyzer uses a UV light to oxidize the slowly flowing water samples, and obtains the TOC value of the water samples by the change of the conductivity before and after oxidation.
The water sample enters the Teflon pipeline under the action of the peristaltic pump, passes through the first electrode, the quartz spiral tube, and the second electrode in order , and is finally discharged from the waste liquid pipe.
During the detection, the conductivity values of the two sensors are collected at the same time to obtain G1 and G2. The organic matter in the water sample generates CO2 under the action of the dual UV lights and the conductivity increases , then the corresponding total organic carbon is obtained through the difference value (G2-G1).
