Expert in Water Quality Measurement and Water Treatment Project Since 2007
Product Overview
- BOQU Turbidity Transmitter (BH-485-WTS Water Transparency Sensor) is a digital online transparency/turbidity sensor designed for continuous monitoring of water clarity. It uses infrared absorption and scattering to convert optical signals into a transparency value. The compact, submersible sensor (D60mm × L254mm) is powered by DC12V, rated IP68, built from SUS316L, and supports RS485 (Modbus RTU) communications.
Product Features
- Dual-beam infrared scattering photometer for stable, repeatable measurements
- Built-in self-diagnosis to ensure data reliability
- Automatic cleaning brush (auto-clean wiper) to reduce maintenance
- Robust digital output with strong anti-interference capability and long transmission distance
- Plug-and-play, quick on-site installation; reverse-polarity protection
- Key specs: measuring range 2–100 cm, accuracy ±0.3 cm or 5%, working temp 0–45°C, max flow ≤2.5 m/s, inlet pressure ≤0.4 MPa, standard 10 m cable (extendable to 100 m)
Product Value
- Delivers accurate, real-time transparency/turbidity data for environmental assessment and operational decision-making
- Lowers maintenance needs and operating costs through auto-clean and durable materials (SUS316L, IP68)
- Improves monitoring reliability with self-diagnostics and noise-resistant digital communication
- Enables regulatory compliance, faster response to water quality issues, and better management of aquaculture and urban water bodies
Product Advantages
- Advanced dual-beam detection provides high repeatability and stability compared with single-beam sensors
- Self-diagnosis and reverse-polarity protection increase robustness and reduce downtime
