Several problems needing attention when detecting total phosphorus in sewage

When users detect pollutants in water, it is inevitable that some factors will affect the data problems of the detection. So you need to pay attention to some problems during the detection process! In this chapter, we will learn about several issues that need to be paid attention to when the total phosphorus online analyzer detects total phosphorus in sewage. 1. During the detection process, if the total phosphorus in the water sample does not exceed 0.5mg/L, take 8ml of the sample directly and perform the detection according to the operation in the installation manual; 2. If the total phosphorus in the water exceeds 0.5mg/L, it needs to be diluted first. Check step by step. Depending on the concentration of total phosphorus in the water, see how to dilute it; 3. During the detection process, the water quality was found to exceed 0.5 mg/L, and the detection was carried out under acidic conditions and the interference of some pollutants (such as arsenic, chromium, sulfur, etc.). If there is a lot of interference, the interference concentration must be diluted first so that the measurement results will not be turbid, and then the water quality analyzer can be used to detect the total phosphorus in water in real time. Another thing to remind is: when measuring total phosphorus, potassium persulfate reagent needs to be added to determine the content of liter and chromium, which will cause turbidity, cause the water sample to be scrapped, and have problems in data output. What specific multiples are included in the dilution gradient? The dilution of the same water sample is: five times, ten times, twenty times, fifty times, one hundred times or some multiples above. After adding potassium persulfate, check that the complex is not turbid, and then continue to heat and digest for a period of time to see which complex is not turbid. The dilution method of total phosphorus: if it is diluted five times, it needs to pass through a 20ml fat pipette, then measure 20ml of sewage water sample, dilute it into a 100ml volumetric flask, then add distilled water at the marked line, and mix well; if it is diluted ten times , You can use a 10ml judging pipette to take 10ml of sewage water samples, and also fix it in a 100ml volumetric flask, then add distilled water and mix well.
