Generally, the maintenance work of replacing or adding electrolyte is carried out every 6 months; when the permeable membrane is broken, it is necessary to Replace the spare one-piece membrane head. The electrode needs to be repolarized and calibrated every time the electrolyte is replaced or added or the spare integrated membrane head is replaced. The specific steps are as follows: unscrew the black part of the electrode shield at the lower part of the electrode, remove the spare integrated membrane head, turn the cylinder upside down (don’t let the breathable membrane touch other things), pour the original electrolyte, and integrate Fill the membrane head half-full with electrolyte and then put it into the inner core of the oxygen electrode, let the excess electrolyte drain off, and tighten it to ensure that the membrane can be attached to the head of the electrode core. After replacing the electrolyte, the polarization and calibration should be carried out again. When calibrating, a solution of known concentration must be used as a reference standard for calibration. 4. Electrode polarization: After the electrode is connected to the instrument, it is continuously powered on for more than 2 hours, which is polarization, and the calibration can only be carried out after the electrode is polarized. 5. When the water is cut off for a long time on site or the instrument is not used for a long time, the electrodes should be taken out in time, cleaned and put on the protective cap. 6. If the electrode fails, replace the electrode.
