MPF-3099 Buoy Multi-Parameters Monitor by BOQU is a solar-powered floating water-quality station designed for continuous, fixed-site online monitoring. The buoy integrates sensing, data transmission, power (solar + battery), mooring and protection (anti-overturning design, warning light) to send real-time water quality data to control centers via GPRS without manual operation.

- Power: 40 W solar panel + 60 Ah battery for reliable continuous operation, including extended rainy periods.
- Communications: GPRS real-time data transmission; instrument outputs 2× 4–20 mA (max load 500 Ω).
- Mechanical: anti-overturning “tumbler” design to lower center of gravity, buoy dimensions ~0.6 m diameter × 0.6 m height, built-in warning light for nighttime visibility.
