What’s the relationship Salinity,TDS and conductivity unit ?

1.Percent "%" : This unit is the most common and easiest to understand. For example, 2% salinity means that 100g of salt water contains 2g of salt, and the ratio is 2g / 100g. If the unit is g, it is equal to 2 %.

2."PPM or mg/L" unit:This unit is also very common unit, ppm = part per million, meaning one millionth. For example, the range is (0 ~ 10.0%), which is equivalent to its range (0 ~ 100000ppm) . 

3. "PPT" unit :this salinity unit is more commonly used , ppt = part per thousand, meaning one thousandth. For example, its range is 0 ~ 250.0ppt , It is equivalent to its range is 0 ~ 250000ppm  and 0 ~ 25%

4.1g / 100g =1% =10g/L =10 000 mg/L (ppm); 1ppm(TDS)= 2 us/cm (conductivity) 

5.1uS/cm=0.001mS/cm ; 1000uS/cm=1mS/cm
