How to calibration ORP meter
About ORP Meter
ORP meter can be used without any calibration. It can be used directly. If there is any doubt about the quality or test result of ORP electrode, just check the ORP value in standard solution.
Solution 1: Use standard solution
Hydroquinone: pH4.01
Add 3g Hydroquinone reagent to 500mL of pH 4.01 buffer and stir 15 minutes;value as below

Hydroquinone: pH7.0
Add 3g Hydroquinone reagent to 500mL of pH 7.00 buffer and stir 15 minutes;value as below

Note:ORP standard solution can not be used for long time . so as to avoid failure, it is generally only used in same day.
Solution 2
ORP value is less 200mv in deionized water
